What made you decide to introduce Archelis into your workplace?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Many of our employees who were required to stand for long periods of time complained of back, shoulder, and neck pain. Also, standing work inevitably causes employees to lose their concentration after 20 minutes or so, which leads to an increase in mistakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u200bWe tried to introduce chairs, but they made it difficult to work because the body was separated from the worktable, and sitting in a chair caused the employee to hunch over, which put additional strain on the lower back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What were your first impressions of Archelis?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When I first saw Archelis on TV, I was interested because the problem of standing work was something I was trying to solve at my own workplace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be honest, when I saw Archelis didn\u2019t use electricity or hydraulics I had my doubts that it would actually provide much of an effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So why did you implement it into your workplace?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The deciding factor was when my employees could actually feel the benefits after using it. When we bought one to try out and asked employees to wear it in various situations, they reported reduced back pain and found it easier to work.

After that initial purchase, you\u2019ve gone on to bring in a total of 7 Archelis units. What makes it so effective for you?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After we brought in that first unit, we got a lot of feedback from female workers saying that Archelis helped them work with less physical strain, and it felt like they were sitting down. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also saw that the number of errors being made as a result of lost concentration was dropping when the Archelis was in use. As a result, we brought in more units for female workers performing visual quality inspections. We have a total of 7 units, and are very satisfied with the results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How would you rate your experience with Archelis?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We are very satisfied with the positive effects of Archelis. It has not only helped with the physical burden, but also had a positive mental effect on our workers. They have told us that we are a good company who cares about its employees, which has only led to increased employee motivation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
