Why did you decide to bring Archelis to your workplace?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We have regular check-in sessions with our workers, and one young man in his 20s, who was in charge of the lathe, told us he might have to quit because of pain from a hernia. The work he was doing is hard to automate, because it\u2019s mostly custom-order products, so a lot of his work was standing by the machine for long times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This was a young, talented guy who we had high expectations of his future in the company, and he was telling me that he might have to leave because of back pain. I couldn\u2019t let that happen, so I started looking for a solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why Archelis?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u200bI\u2019d been lucky enough to meet Mr. Fujisawa from Archelis in the past. When I heard my worker\u2019s concerns, I remembered Archelis. I called up Mr. Fujisawa and had him come and demonstrate the device at the factory.

What was the deciding factor for bringing Archelis to the workplace?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Since work efficiency is important in metal presses and die-casting, it was essential that any device didn\u2019t affect movement and posture. In that respect, Archelis is different from other fatigue reduction tools. It has no impact on efficiency while also reducing fatigue. It also doesn\u2019t take up space, allows free movement while wearing it, and doesn\u2019t need electricity to use. It was the perfect solution to our problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the worker with a hernia tried on the Archelis, he really liked it and told me he thinks he could easily continue working if he used it. That settled it for me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was also very pleased with the quality of the product lecture during the demonstration, it was very easy to understand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What positive effects have you seen from introducing Archelis to your workplace?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Above all, the young employee who thought he might have to change jobs just looks so much happier now. I think he\u2019s delighted that we listened to his request and brought in Archelis. He tells me that using it lets him maintain a comfortable posture and his work is much easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For small businesses like ours, it\u2019s vital to nurture the growth of an employee and keep them in the business for as long as possible. We\u2019re very pleased that we could create an environment that will allow our employees to work in good health for a long time to come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
