Leveraging expertise in metal processing and a strong development network, the company develops original products such as the “Archelis” assist suit and the “STABI series” (devices for reducing the burden of standing work), selling them both domestically and globally.

JMC provides services that support customer development through technologies such as casting, 3D printing, and industrial CT. After expanding its parts manufacturing business, it merged with SKE Co., Ltd. in 2006 to launch its sand mold casting business. By digitalizing the traditionally intuitive casting process, JMC proved that high-quality casting could be achieved regardless of years of experience. In 2016, JMC was listed on the TSE Mothers (now the Growth Market).

Address: 1F Sumitomo Fudosan Shin-Yokohama Bldg., 2-5-5 Shin-Yokohama, Kohoku-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa
Representative: Daichi Watanabe (President and CEO)
Established: December 18, 1992
Capital: 807,609,000 JPY
Net Sales: 3,640 million JPY (Fiscal year ended December 2023)
Employees: 174 (As of December 2023, including temporary employees)
Business: Manufacturing and sales of prototypes and parts via industrial 3D printing and sand mold casting; sales of industrial CT and inspection services; manufacturing and sales of medical devices.
URL: https://www.jmc-rp.co.jp/en/

■Archelis Corporation
Representatives: Katsuhiko Saho, Hideyuki Fujisawa
Established: February 2020
Headquarters: 14-16 Torihama-cho, Kanazawa-ku, Yokohama
Business: A startup with the mission of “Updating the world’s standing work.” Development and sales of the innovative assist suit “Archelis” and the “STABI series,” designed to reduce the burden on the legs and lower back during standing work.
URL: https://www.archelis.com/en/

Media Inquiries
Archelis Inc.
